Frequently asked questions
How good is the Sketch export?+
Sketch stores artwork in a private format that only Sketch can draw, but every .sketch file contains a preview picture saved by the app — that's what you get here, at the size Sketch saved it. For full resolution, export from Sketch; “Images inside” extracts the original photos and graphics at full quality.
Which formats are converted at full quality?+
Illustrator AI, EPS and PostScript are rendered from the real vector artwork (up to 600 DPI, or a vector PDF). PSD, GIMP XCF, Krita and OpenRaster are flattened at full resolution.
Why is my Sketch / XD / Figma / CorelDRAW export small?+
Those apps store artwork in their own private formats that only they can draw. Every file also contains a preview picture, and that's what we export. For full resolution, export from the app itself — or use “Images inside” to get the original photos and graphics at full quality.
Can I open an EPS file without Illustrator?+
Yes. EPS files are rendered with Ghostscript compiled to WebAssembly. Save as PDF to keep the vectors, or as PNG/JPG at 150–600 DPI.
My Illustrator file says it can't be read.+
Most .ai files are PDF-compatible and open instantly. Older PostScript-based .ai files are rendered with Ghostscript. A file saved without either can only be opened in Illustrator.

No. Everything runs inside your browser on your own device, so confidential documents never leave your computer. That also means there's no upload wait.
